The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“I wanted something to replace the "pain in the ass" bench leg attachments and this machine fits the bill. The stop pin isn't used making transitions between exercises easier. The upper leg roller needs more clearance. That being said,we like this machine.”

“I recommend to all my buddies that they should purchase titan equipment because the price is awesome and built strong. I’ve seen influencers say that there is better equipment out there but you have to pay an arm and a leg for just the name. I am very very happy with all of my purchases. Titan don’t change a thing because you’re doing a great job!!!”

“Sturdy machine, easy to put together. If your tall with bigger than average Quads hard to get in the seat with the upper leg pad.”

“Easy to assemble, well designed. My only issue has to do with the stiffness of the pad vs. sensitivity of my shins during extensions. Workaround: wrap towel around pad fastened with wide rubber bands. Works fine that way”

“A nice machine for the price. Takes a bit of time to figure out settting and the one end point or the other isn't "loaded" since it's a gravity driven machine but for the price it's a great addition for a home gym.”

“Setup not to difficult, changeover from extension to curl not to bad, range of motion is fairly poor, but it is much cheaper than the alternative”

“Mine came with a bad weld on the main frame. Titan Fitness support had asked if I could fix the weld myself. After the request was denied they sent me an entire new box and I was able to finish my product with the new part. Wild. The padding is too sticky. It sticks to me so I have a hard time getting in and out. There is little to no resistance at the bottom of the rep because of where the plate-loaded arm is positioned naturally. The product is great for leg extensions, but mediocre for leg curls.”
