The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“I've had this machine for a few weeks now. This replaced a piece that I used for about 30 years so I figured it was time for an upgrade. Considering this is a plate-loaded machine it works better than I had expected through the full range of motion on both ext. and curl variations.”

“A must have if you own a garage gym. This 2 in 1 machine saves you time and money. Though the resistance is less than stellar at the very bottom, once you get the weight going, you feel it like you would in a commercial gym. It will get the job done m hammies and quads for sure. Perfect for single leg isolation movements as well. Assembly was easy, it took less than an hour. I've used it weekly at the end of leg days. I would have given this review 5 stars but the non existent resistance at the beginning of the movement was the only real issue. Otherwise, great piece of gym equipment and worth the price to me.”

“I bought the leg curl/extension machine on a Friday and it came Tuesday the following week. It was very well packed and was easy to put together. I opted to leave out the stop pin to make switching between curls and extensions much easier. If there’s anything that needs improvement, it’s that the online instructions were still for the V1 so some steps were different, other than that, it’s the perfect addition to my basement gym.”

“What can I say about Titan equipment that most, “in the know”, haven’t already said?! I love the simplicity of each machine; most are dedicated to focusing on a specific body part, yet they work incredibly well and the geometry and smooth operation motion through the natural range of motion tells you the amount of thought that goes into each design.
