The Leg Extension and Curl Machine provides a full range of motion while performing hamstring curls and leg extensions from the same seated position. Crafted with a rotary leg clamp mechanism which easily allows you to enter the machine, lock your thighs in place, adjust the foot roller starting position, and perform full reps every time no matter the size of the athlete. It is not hard to switch from a leg curl to a leg extension workout simply flip the weight post to the opposite starting position. With this, you can strengthen your muscles in a simple and effective manner!
UPDATED VERSION: The Leg Extension and Curl Machine has enhanced HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery. The weight stopper has switched to a pull pin to move between exercises quickly.

“I need a replacement on the original one as I received a bad bolt. Titan sent out a new replacement and that was shipped out in about a week, returned the old one, and I was set up albeit a week late. No big deal. I find the machine to be well built, but the "floating" bottom pad does take a bit of getting used to. I prefer that design over a traditional "locked in" position now. The only item I would change is to allow the ankle pad more height adjustment. I'm 6'5 and typically the bottom pad is at the ankle, but due to my height ( a lot of legs) it sits about a 1/3 of the way up on the tibia which isn't really comfortable. To combat that, I have to put some extra padding (usually a towel / shirt / etc). Overall a good, well built machine, but like a lot of machine once you get over 6'3 so adjustments are needed for taller people.”

“Finally put my Titan leg extension/leg curl machine together. Honest review- Very well packed. Arrived 3 days after order. Solid framing. No instructions. Very disappointing. Had to look it up on line then realized half way through the instructions were from a previous model so had to use some down home common sense to figure some of it out. I don't have any of that but I figured it out anyway lol! Very comfortable dense padding so heavier weights shouldn't be a problem. The top pad is way too close to my legs at the highest position. I have decent quads but Someone huge quads wouldnt be able to fit at all. I'm probably going to just remove the top pad. Adjustable seat angle and back rest are pretty cool. All the pin positions give a great ROM. I'd say the machine layout is close to a commercial machine you'd find in planet fitness. With a few tweaks, they could make it even better ! Definitely worth the money !!!”

“This piece is really fantastic. However, in order to get the most out of it, better it's range of motion, as well as ease of getting in and out you need to cut the little black stopper knob off the upper leg pad so you can flip it up. Make getting in and out light years easier and really serves no purpose.”

“Solid quality construction. Easy to use. Shin pad is too hard. Easy assembly once I downloaded the instructions that weren't in box.”
