“I've had issues in the past with ordering from Titan but I am always pulling for the little guy and I have liked what I have seen with them trying to make strides to do better with their product and shipping. I purchased my second squat rack with Titan, the Titan series rack, which did arrive at the house quickly and well packaged. Yet upon assembling the rack. The corner post where missing paint on 2 of the feet and bare steel was showing and the laser cut holes where terribly done, with sharp edges and would damage my equipment or cut me. Also, the flip down safeties did not align with the rack holes. I reached out to Titan and they did send two more post to me. Although these two post also had paint missing and bare steel showing. The flip down safeties where not addressed. Titan said the best they can do is offer me 10% back on the purchase. And I needed to return the original post. Which meant repackaging them and driving them to FedEx to return them. I have not heard about when or how I will be receiving my 10% back. And the return procedure was a huge pain in the ass and I still have a brand new rack with Bare Steel showing. I will not be purchasing from Titan again and my buisness will go to their competitors. You would think that someone thats now bought (2) squat racks from you and multiple bars and accessories would have a better experience.”
