Ordered the 90" tall/42" deep Titan Series rack in Orange color. This is billed as Titan's premium/flagship rack. This was one of the best looking and designed 1" hardware racks that I found. I strongly considered Rep and Rogue as well. Budget wasn't a concern for me but I liked the slightly narrower width of Titan's rack so went with it. Luckily the orange uprights arrived in great overall condition with only a minor nick or two on the ends which is par for the course with other equipment I've ordered from various manufacturers. It can be tough to ship large steel items like this so no biggie. Where I had the worst experience and really became frustrated with the rack and Titan as a company are with the black crossmember sections. All 4 of them are shipped in a thin cardboard box just wrapped in thin plastic with a few styrofoam blocks thrown in. The heavy 1" bolts/washers/nuts, heavy band pegs and 2 assembly wrenches are then just thrown on top of all the crossmembers (packed this way from the factory). This obviously caused quite a bit of gouges, nicks/scratches many of which were down to bare metal all over the crossmembers. To be fair, Titan's customer service team was pretty good to deal with. A phone call got me linked up with a product specialist and she was my dedicated email contact from that point. They did send replacement crossmembers twice but they were all the same way with poor packaging and heavy hardware just thrown on top to bounce and slide around against the crossmembers...some were damaged much worse than the original box. Additionally, the Titan nameplate crossmember (an upcharge item) also showed up the same way...bolts just thrown in the box loosely wrapped in bubble wrap. Not to mention the nameplate was backordered for quite some time and I received zero updates (despite my card being charged in full immediately at purchase) and basically had all the other rack pieces just sitting in my garage for weeks. I had to finally demand a firm ETA on the nameplate and then all of a sudden it magically became available and I received a tracking# although it was still showing backordered for a few more weeks on their site. Luckily it showed up in suitable condition with only a minor nick here and there which I can live with. Titan doesn't really seem to be phased by how these items are showing up to their customers. It's a bit of a shame as again, they advertise this rack as their flagship model that is meant to go head to head with a REP PR5000 (same exact price) or Rogue Monster Series rack. Titan did offer to pay for labels to return the entire rack but refused to provide any packaging to do so as I had already discarded some of the packaging for uprights etc. I was told I'd have to source my own boxes. Sure...let me drop by the store since boxes to ship 90" long pieces of steel are so common... They are also quick to offer a very minimal refund to have you keep the blatantly damaged items. In the end I did get a small refund and kept the rack and it assembled fine although I have yet to have time to fully tighten all hardware and get it squared up on my platform. Given the issues with complete lack of QC or care on some parts and the fact that pricing is up there with other reputable brand names in the industry I can't recommend Titan going forward. Unfortunately, I'll take my next large fitness equipment purchase elsewhere. For now I'm happy that I should have a working power rack in the coming days and it does look pretty nice now that it's assembled.
