Rack Mounted SquatMax-MD by Titan Fitness is a cutting-edge belt squat machine that offers an optimal free-weight squatting experience. Unlike other anchored pulley systems, the Rack Mounted SquatMax-MD provides a vertical line of force, keeping the weight load centered under the hips. This ensures an optimal and authentic squatting motion, effectively targeting the entire lower body musculature. With proven scientific research backing its benefits, Rack-Mounted SquatMax-MD is the perfect solution for those seeking an exceptional belt squat experience.
Vertical Line of Drive The machine's patented design centers the weight load beneath the lifter's hips, creating a direct vertical line of drive. This ensures effective muscle engagement for lower body strength. Unlike other belt squat systems, the SquatMax-MD lets lifters engage their core while maintaining proper alignment. This builds lower body power without stressing the shoulders, spine, and lower back, enhancing core strength and stability.
Reduced Risk Of InjuryThe Vertical Line of Drive alignment reduces spinal shearing forces and the risk of lumbar disc herniation, maintaining a neutral pelvic and lumbar position. In barbell squats, the spine supports both the barbell's weight on the trapezius muscles and the body's weight, compressing intervertebral discs. The SquatMax-MD diverts the load from the spine, reduces spinal pressure and is an excellent option for lower body training.
High Quality ConstructionCrafted with precision from high-quality materials, the SquatMax-MD features a robust 11-gauge steel frame, 48mm weight sleeves, and 32mm knurled handles. The SquatMax-MD design accommodates weights up to 1,000 lb on the nylon belt and 1,300 lb on the loading pin, while the polyurethane vinyl cushioned seat enhances comfort and versatility, making it an ideal choice for impactful lower-body strength training.

I own both a garage gym and a basement gym, and I also own various types of leg exercise equipment, which includes a squat rack, power rack, a safety squat bar, a front squat harness, a leverage squat machine, a hack squat machine, a leg extension/leg curl machine, and a vertical leg press machine. The Rack Mounted SquatMax-MD is by far the best and most effective leg exercise machine I own. I snapped up the opportunity to buy it at a big discount for a total price of $867.64, which included the price, taxes, and the "Route" protection on a special "flash" Titan Fitness sale. When I received it, I realized that it is basically a platform with a hole in the middle of it, a guide rod, a loading pin, and two handles that connect to metal bars that enable the user to set the loading pin down on the platform after using it. So I just put solid concrete construction blocks under it without attaching it to a squat rack or power rack. I broke 2 rubber pavers that I bought at a hardware store and put it on top of the stacks of solid construction blocks so my rack mounted (which isn't rack mounted) wouldn't come in actual contact with the concrete blocks. It works perfectly without being mounted to a rack. I highly recommend buying the SquatMax-MD if you want to build up leg strength. The belt that comes with it is also as good as the Spud Inc. pillow belt squat belt, which I also own.

Well built. Lines up perfect with my Rogue monster lite rack. Bought this to add on some volume on my squat days. My maxes are already increasing after a month. Gives your back a break while getting more volume for your legs. The belt is not the best, but it at least comes with one to get you started right away. Fairly heavy, but with the weels even my wife can get it moved around. You will have to buy a bunch of 25# plates to be able to use the insert to get a more narrow stance. Worth it if you want stronger/bigger legs.
