“I like the rack for my hex dumbbells. It seems very sturdy and works well in my space. It was easy put together expect for the fact that I was missing pieces. There was a hole in the box when it arrived. I put everything together expect for the bottom shelf because those pieces were not in the box. Contacted customer service and was told I had to go through Route which was the "shipping insurance" I appearently signed up for but did not realize. I asked to be set the 2 pieces I was missing after mutiple back and forth I finally was notified something was being shipped. I recieved a 2nd dumbbell rack. This one also had mutiple holes in the box which was nice since I could take the pieces out that I needed without opening the box. Now I have an extra half a rack just wasting space in my garage. I asked to be sent a shipping label so I could send it back and they said just keep for spare parts. If I wanted stuff everywhere and a disorganized garage I would not have bought the rack in the first place. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more and get your rack through REP fitness or another company. Customer service policies are terrible with this company.”

“When, I received my 3 tier dumbell rack the package was torn on the corner. They need to package this product better since it's very heavy. My product had small dents and scratches.”

“This is the best larger DB rack for the price. My only complaint is that there were several knicks and scrapes on the frame. Don't know if that was in shipping or not, but it was very noticeable.”

“Arrived in two days- awesome. But the rack was sticking out of the box when it arrived. Inside, the pieces were wrapped in plastic but were still scratched all over. There was also a dent about the size of a quarter on one of the legs. Bad qc or bad packing,I don't know. But it's a rack, it holds weight. The assembly directions were clear and easy to follow. Took about 20 minutes from unpack to assembled.”
