“Overall great bike. I would recommend it. A couple of little gripes though. 1) the pre-installed bolt for the left handlebar (part no. 79) was missing. Had to have Titan ship me out a replacement. I used a temporary replacement - easy enough to find at the hardware store (it's metric). 2) The Loc-Tite for the left front foot peg failed. I used a wire brush and brake cleaner to remove the old Loc-tite. I replaced it with the heavy-duty red Loc-tite. Also, when tightening the peg use a 3/4 open-end wrench as the included universal tool is virtually useless. The interval program "10-20" very often dumps at interval 6 vice going all the way to interval 8. Going to try some fresh batteries and see if that corrects the issue. 3) the smartphone holder lip is too thin to hold a smartphone that is in a heavy-duty case. Luckily I have a handy shelf to place my smartphone on while I am riding. These all all just small gripes. The bike is really worth purchasing despite these small issues.”

“I had wanted a fan bike for a long time. Did a ton of research, watched all the YouTube review/comparison videos, and finally leveraged a 20% discount to pick up the Titan fan bike. Absolutely love it! It’s solid, has all the little features you need, easy to move around, and the varying workouts pack quite the punch. Stop thinking about it and just buy it! My left front fan peg seems to very very slowly work itself loose. Nothing impacting my workouts, I just give it a good tightening after each ride/workout. I had to move the delivery package from front door to my garage and was by myself. I ended up using my hamstring glider to roll the 150lb box back to my garage with ease!”

“I purchased the workout bike for my husband who is a veteran and loves to workout it arrived with missing pieces and the customer service has been awful! Still haven’t received the missing pieces and I bought this bike before Father’s Day and no one has contacted me and whoever I spoke to was absolutely clueless on how to help me so I gave up! We wanted to purchase more pieces but after this experience we will take our business elsewhere!”
