“I’m not even able to try out the bike because they did not provide screws for me to complete the installation. I’ve had multiple conversations with representatives and have received different information each time regarding status of shipment of the necessary screws. In addition, I had scheduled a call with a supervisor, in which they did not follow through with. As a customer, I feel trapped because it is nearly impossible for me to return it because of the difficulty of repacking this heavy bike and the company is doing such a poor job providing the expected materials to complete the bike assembly. I should’ve just went with a different company, but now I’m stuck with this mess. This company’s quality control is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Bought this bike very recently, put everything together and used it less than a handful of times. Loud clunking metal noises started coming from the fan area, very alarming, sounded like bike was breaking mid exercise. Turns out speed sensor clips do not stay on the plastic rotating disc in the center of the wheel and all but one came off and were shooting around in the wheel cage. Data on the screen seems to be wonky now, still waiting for a reply from customer support. If this didn't happen, the bike would be great.”

“The bike is great and it shipped super fast. Assembly wasn’t hard and you don’t need two people to assemble. The only thing that Titan needs to change on the bike is the seat. It does make your backside sore.”

“Bike rides smooth, a tad bit louder than my previous belt drive bike but nothing too noticeable. Only issue I had is that the range of motion of the arms is long. So if you have shorter arms then this bike can get uncomfortable at times.”

“Overall great bike for a great price. Does exactly what it’s built for. Some people say chain drives are noisy, I do not find this noisy at all. I’m in a garage/ shed gym so if bike was in house might be perceived as a little noisy. Only down side I had aren’t actual issues with bike function but more design flaws. First the water bottle I find in an awkward location under the monitor. Second the bolts that hold the bottoms of the arms to the links tend to work loose, even though they are lock nuts. Will probably just upgrade the hardware. Finally just something I think would make moving the bike a little easier. If the arms had a pin or something to lock them in place you could use them to lever the bike over onto the large front wheels and roll easily while using front arms to control. But with out arms locked bike can flip from side to side as rolling. Like I said minor things but overall great bike.”

“Arrived fast and well packaged. Set up was a breeze with the online instructions. This is the best bang for your buck Fan Bike out there. I researched and watched plenty of review videos on all of the bikes available and this one came out on top a lot. I have been using it now daily for a couple of weeks. Love it, great resistance and a great leg pump. HIIT with this and your legs/lungs/heart will be screaming. Don't hesitate, pick one up.”
