“I like the features of this bike, specifically the turf tires. I own an assault bike and this bikes resistance is less but good enough. I am having a problem with set up. The bars extend out more and require me to lean into. The assault bike I can sit upright with know problem. I’m not thinking something is wrong, it’s just different in some way. I may need to have something modified . Anyways maybe for a taller person it would fit fine. I’m 5’7””

“Overall a good bike. The only things I didn’t care for is the manual doesn’t come with any maintenance recommendations and when I tried reaching out to the customer service never got a reply. Make sure you research care instructions.”

“Shipping was fast but when I received the bike and started to put it together I noticed that it included no hardware. NO bolts, washers. I contacted Titan that same day via chat and was told they do not have the hardware kit in stock and they would put in an order for their in-house team. Almost 2 weeks passed and still nothing. I requested a return which was a pain because the box was messed up from shipping and taking all of the items out of the box. I was told to bubble wrap it for Fedex to pick up, I had to bubble wrap the bike with 10+ items on top of it. The overall experience was the worst I have ever had with any company, I could have ordered 5 bikes and gotten them all delivered quicker than I would have received the hardware that should have been in the box in the first place. I ended up getting an Assault Bike, the extra money spent was worth having a better experience.”
