“Received our first order- the bike was broken (couldn't even put it together) and we had to return it for another bike. The second bike showed up-- looked great but come 2 months later the seat started shifting to one side. We took the seat off and come to find out...it was not put together correctlty on the manufacturer's side. This seat came already installed and put together-- so it was not a user error nor did we even think to look at the seat to see if it was properly put together before we installed it on the bike. We then called Titan Fitness when we saw it was broken. After all, we signed up for a warranty thinking we'd be able to call and get another part sent to us because we have a non-functional piece of equipment sitting on our fitness floor. They said we needed to file a warranty claim which will be reviewed in 7-10 business days.. at that point they will accept or deny the claim. I asked to speak to the warranty department to see if we could purchase a new seat and then get reimbursed when they approved our claim. They said they can't and won't do that and they won't connect me to the warranty because they don't communicate over the phone. Another agent I spoke with told me that the warranty will call me back in 2-4 hours... 24 hours goes by and no phone call. So I called back and specifically asked to speak to a supervisor because this shouldn't have happened in the first place and I want to figure out how we can get a part sent to us now and then reimbursed later. Titan Fitness doesn't have supervisors that talk to customers. I was told they can put a request in for a 24-hour callback.... 24 hours goes by and no call back yet. We have been highly disappointed with the customer service of this company and the products we've received so far. My suggestion- spend a little more money and go with another reliable company.”

“I bought this on sale for $570. I have been wanting a fan bike to go in my gym for a while, but didn't want to pay $700-$1,000 for a Rogue or Assault. After reading through all the Titan reviews and because I own a lot of Titan products for my home gym, I took a chance and I couldn't be happier. This bike is really well built. It's very heavy, but easy to move once assembled. It probably took me 30 minutes to assemble, but I also wasn't in a hurry. I've used Assault bikes before and this bike is every bit as good as the Assault. I can't speak for the Rogue as I've never used one. For the money, I don't see how you can beat the Titan bike. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this bike. I would buy again for sure.”

“I’ve owned my bike for two weeks and have not been able too use it. All do to the left pedal not screwing on to the left crank arm. It took a week for another pedal to be mailed out only to find out that it wasn’t the pedal that was messed up. So now I’m already roughly two too two and half weeks into owning the bike and still can’t use it. Now I have to wait for them to mail me a crank arm out. I’m just having a hard time understanding why a new bike couldn’t be mailed out to me and I send them the other bike back.”

“This thing will kick your a$$ in a hurry. I've tried the Rouge version and I really can't see anyone would buy it over the Titan version.”

“The Titan Airbike is well constructed and should last the test of time. The directions need to be updated to focus on the proper installation and tightening of the petals on the bike. In addition, a belt-driven system would be a nice upgrade.”

“Bike construction is good. I have issues with the handles coming loose. I have to tighten these every couple of rides. Also because this is chain driven and not belt driven it is”

“Bolts strip on connecting arm, left handle comes loose. Only advice is “use red loctite” on affected area. Did not help.”
