“The harness was received with the padding separating from the the metal. The adhesive used is not sufficient to bond the metal and padding. I saw a couple reviews stating the same problem. Once Titan was aware of the issue why not open the box to check prior to shipping. A couple of minutes would avoid customer dissatisfaction. Perhaps Titan is happy being strictly a value based company.”

“After 3 weeks of sending photos of the poor product we received and phone calls, the employee told us a new one would be shipped out to us… that was 3 weeks ago. Updated: 1/17/2023 a replacement was shipped out and it’s TERRIBLE!! Just received the replacement item and it’s in worse condition than the first one we ordered. We want to return both and receive a refund. This is just ridiculous. We never received return label either, so we we 2 return labels as we will not pay for these to be shipped back. Please see attached photos”
