“The cushion makes the bar 2 more inches away from your body. I guess it is unavoidable. Other than that, it is a pretty good equipment for front squat.”

“Definite game changer! The device allowed for a more upright squat position taking strain and tension off of my herniated discs. My husband and I both use it and it works great! My husband's 5'6 and I'm 5'10 and the hight difference hasn't hindered the harness's performance. Great purchase!!”

“Works for me as a beginner... as I am not squatting that much. It fits good and helps keep my back straight.. I gave 3 stars because I cant use the the top section.. along with the opinion of 3 others as well.. the posts are to high. The bar would basically have to go through my neck.”

“I bought this to help with my lack of front rack mobility. Although well built and reasonable price it easily slides forward off your shoulders and pulls you forward with any kind of real weight. Lesson learned, I'll just continue to work on my mobility.”
