“Makes front squats very easy. Prevents shoulder injury. Helps keep the back straight.. I'm on the shorter side so the end of the harness where it joins cuts in to my lower abdomen when I'm at the bottom of the square. Maybe a short version that ends at the bottom of your ribcage would help also... Good product overall.”

“First, I would like to say that I enjoy this harness. I primarily use it for Zercher squats. It can have a tendency to dig into your thighs depending on how low you squat. I'm not sure what could have been done to prevent this. If you have shoulder problems you may want to rethink getting this, since a lot of the weight rests on your shoulders. Just like if you had a backpack on. It's also really great for performing calf raises with. I just grab onto the front of my squat rack to balance, takes a little getting use to. For the price, I don't think it can be beaten.”

“I believe front squats are one of the cornerstone of overall strength, but hate how they make my wrists and shoulders hurt. Bought this harness, and that’s all gone now. It’s a sturdy 15 lbs with comfortable fit pad, and cheaper than all its competitors. Overall an amazing product.”
