“This speed rope is pretty bad truthfully. The twisting mechanism gets caught pretty frequently, and the cord itself is way too light - even for speed work. This is Titan's attempt at a speed rope, but you are much better off purchasing a rope from another company (even if it is more expensive). Lastly, the metal is very weak, as I dropped it from standing height and the fixture which holds the cable split and is unusable. Pass on this one, I wish I did.”
