Great value. I use it for box squats, split squats, as a landmine rest, and, of course, for plyometric jumps. I have a sensitive sniffer, and I didn't detect any offensive rubber smell after unboxing. Mine does have a slight wobble, which I corrected by placing a small piece of foam rubber under one of the feet (see photo).

It is actually pretty well made and the quality exceeded my expectation. but the size is a lot bigger than I thought, so I suggest one looks closely to the dimension before purchase.

I use it for australian pull ups (the opposite of a push up) (which hit different muscles and angles than a regular pull up) when I'm using parallel bars or gymnastic rings. Also, suggestion for the 24" setting in the instructions: add a line that says to leave the inner leg in a slot while moving the outer leg to the correct slot.

More stable rubber feet would make it a 5 star.
