“This piece of kit was an unexpectedly useful buy. It is rock-solid yet simple to adjust and I seem to use it practically every time I use my home gym. It has variously served as: a stand for my heavy dumbbells between sets (shrugs and curls); a stool for self-spotting weighted pull-ups (35lb plate plus 230lbs of body weight with no shake or movement at all); platform for elevated-feet push-ups; a seat between sets; platform for the free end of the bar when doing landmine back training (the Titan landmine stand is decent but for some of my t-bar training, it doesn't go low enough and resting the bar on the floor would be too low - I can adjust the bench to a perfect-for-me height between the floor and the landmine stand's lowest setting). I have been using it regularly for several months now and it is as stable/strong as the day I received it. I keep finding new ways to use it around my gym (except as an actual plyo-box it seems) and I really can't recommend it enough”

“The adjustable plyo box is very stable and sturdy. Has a heavy duty feel to it and definitely takes some effort to move around. Adjusting the height of the box is easy and straightforward. Great price and would definitely recommend!”

“Love that the cost is reasonable and very sturdy. The only thing I wish it did was flatten down a bit more to save space. But instead of buying multiple size boxes that takes more space, this does the job!”

“Boxes are very sturdy. Well built. Finish is also very nice. Only minor complaint is that adjusting height is tricky at times, but for the price and quality.. this is well worth the investment.”
