“We use it for the typical box jumps and step-up, but, even more use to us is putting our 2 units end to end and using as a mobile low-mat table for our older clients.”
“We have a fitness studio and our clients range from newbies to experienced athletes and these offer a soft edge that don't intimidate newbies as well as still provide our more experienced clients with a challenge.”
“I purchased this primarily for the purpose of step ups, but also knew it would be great to have in case of a desire to exert extra energy with box jumps. In reading about how light it was and how it was just made of foam, I was somewhat concerned about the stability. That being said, the 20' side (all I have really used it for at this point) is very stable as long as you are not standing on the edges. The box is firm/solid enough to sit on without it collapsing down (despite the fact that it is very light). In my joking attempts to use the 24' and 30' sides, they have not appeared to be very stable.
Overall I am very pleased with the product since my main goal with it was to have a lightweight option for 20' step ups and occasional jumps.”
“If you're shopping Titan Fitness then you already know you get great value for your money with Titan. My personal gym already has wooden jump boxes, but I'll be honest, my vertical jump isn't all that great. The last thing I want is to shred my shins on anything more than dead lifts. Enter the Titan 3 In 1 Soft Foam Plyometric Box. It's as soft on your wallet as it is on your shins (if you miss a jump).
And don't worry it's very durable. Several people use my gym besides just me and this plyo box had been holding up to all the abuse we deliver.”
“I received the box about a month ago and used it for the first time today in my garage. The 20' side is stable and so is the 30' side. I was disappointed that the 24' side wobbles a lot (which is the side I use most). I would of thought that the 30would be more unstable than the 24, but I guess I got a defective one. It didn't tip over on this workout , but I am nervous about using it when I am really exhausted and trying to do 24' box jumps. Overall it is still a good price for what you get.”
“We have had a few of these in our gym for over a year and they have held up very well. They are easy to move around and work well for the 20 inch side. The 24 inch side is a bit unstable because the box is light. This has saved so many mishaps - we would highly recommend!”
“Great foam box when compared to the crazy prices of other brands. As others have said, don't land on your toes. My wife and daughter enjoy not having to fear missing a jump. If you're looking for a foam box, look no further than this.”
