I really enjoy using this product. It's solidly built and perfect for the stair-stepping type cardio exercise I'm doing. Another great Titan product! I also have the power rack, gymnastic rings, and several kettlebells from Titan and have been loving all of them and using them consistently for the past couple years.

The box is sturdy and went together easily. My wife uses it more than me and has had no issues doing step up exercises. I would not recommend doing any jumps onto the box when its at the tallest side unless you have it stabilized somehow. I am a big guy and have difficulty keeping it balanced when I use it. I am thinking about building an adjustable platform or base to keep it from moving when I use it. I have had almost 400 lbs on the box without any signs of damage.

Very good quality, easy to assemble. Too small to jump on. Great for step ups and to help reach a pull up bar.

No problems what so ever. It's a box. Just as sturdy as ones I've seen for twice the price. I use it for box squats or stand on two for belt squats with a belt.
