Ordered the pulling blocks to train for a max 18” deadlift event. Love the easy of getting it set up and off. Super easy to store them compared to wagon wheels. I’d recommend giving one more inch on them but other than that they are perfect.

I already owned a pair of these, but I bought a second pair so I could make my farmer’s handles easier to load. So glad I did. These things can take a beating.

A friend had these and used them a couple of time preparing for a Strongman Comp Wagonwheel DL event. Really like the fact that I have the ability to move up in the "diameter" of the wheel and have a solid base to land on. I previously was stacking plates and if you have done this in the past you know how the landing and set usually goes... Not well. The only thing that you need to be aware of when using these is the you have a potential for the bar to kickback at you when you go back to the ground. If the front corn of the stand touches first, the bar is coming for you shins. All that being said they have become a staple in the gym and love the sturdy construction.

I use it as a set up for Hip Thrusts. You can set it up above your hips. This is a very cost effective solution to simplify the exercise instead of buying an expensive set up. Also great for Romanian Deadlifts and Bent over Barbell Rows. It attaches to the barbell and is adjustable and priced very affordably. It’s also very strong and can hold a ton of weight. Highly recommended!

I received the dead blocks they we're already assembled and very easy to set up the first setting I pulled was about 4 in off the floor the second setting about 5 and a 1/2 I've been powerlifting for 40 years and these are great for working through sticking points and not getting hurt at 67 years old and still breaking records they definitely have my endorsement, Vinnie Vardine..
