“The bench is sturdy and light, and easy to move around. I find the padding just right. I bought this so I wouldn’t have to adjust or move my Ziva FID bench (which is an absolute tank!) just to do movements like seated dumbbell presses or two-hand dumbbell extensions, (Which the aforementioned bench is too long for). The mobility has also allowed me to get creative with my twin cable machine by doing seated cable flys, tricep cable extensions, cable pulls for rear felts, etc., while leaving the ‘tank’ parked in the corner.”

“Decent quality and make sure not to grab it by the seat bc it will break. You may get broken plastic end caps like I did as well. Seat still works but it’s not visually pleasing.”

“Really good bench for the price. The only issue I had were the 3 plastic end caps. They don’t stay on. Kept coming off. I ended up duct taping them on with black tape to match the color. Besides that, this bench works really well.”

“Great reasonably priced seated stationary bench. Been wanting for a while. Sturdy design. Love the black. Perfect height for me. Wheels nice addition. Just ordered the Titan dumbbell holders for my Titan rack to go with this. Cannot wait this is gonna be awesome!”
