I have been working with a trainer and we decided it was time to get some kettlebells for my house so I can train independently as well. He suggested an adjustable bell and we found this one. It is perfect for my home training! I can easily switch the plates in and out to change resistance as I work through my training plan. I do agree with another review that the locking mechanism is a bit flimsy so be sure that it is ALL the way closed before you use the bell. I also took a sharpie and numbered the plates so that I could quickly and easily identify their stacking order. Overall I am thrilled with this kettlebell!

It is very easy to use if you put numbers on the plates so you can see what order they go in.

We ordered these over a month ago and finally received them - totally worth the wait!!! We ordered two and now have a full set basically of kettlebells with just the two. Very easy to adjust the weight, great design and perfect for our garage gym.

IMO kettlebells have the most "bang for your buck" value among fitness equipment. There's a lot of cardio/strength exercises and flows you can do with a kettlebell and it takes up minimal space. For the quarantine period, I decided to try out the Simple & Sinister KB program but wasn't sure what weight would be best. If I progressed, as I would hope to do, I would also have to buy heavier kettlebells. This adjustable KB makes it easy to adjust the weight I'm using without having to buy multiple KBs.

Nice little kettlebell. Very easy to adjust weights. Biggest drawback is the slick handle. Would prefer some slight texture here.
