“I had a chance to use these at my physical therapist after hip surgery and liked them so much I bough two for home use. The construction is excellent, the grip is comfortable and wide enough to easily use with both hands, and adjusting the weight takes only a few seconds. I love it!”

“I have only had the product for a few weeks and used the adjustable kettlebell a few times so far. I would say that it is a great value in comparison to buying these individually, however I think the empty weight still registers as 10 lbs as there were 6 plates (5 lbs each). It is a little bit of a puzzle to put back together if you remove many plates if you want to keep the shape spherical. I have a small concern about the locking mechanism being plastic but it slides and locks into place nicely, however I get a little nervous swinging the full load around or overhead. Overall 4.5 stars”

“I purchased a 30lb kettle bell first and soon realized I need an adjustable one or a set. I settled on the adjustable and could not be more satisfied. The only issue I have is that it is very wide putting more pressure on the forearm. Love the free shipping.”
