I know its been awhile but I'm just getting around to using them. I'll do my best to describe the issue. At first, I couldn't seperate the bells. I had to use a screw driver and that took awhile. Once seperated and loading my desired weight the hex screw wasn't lining up and the bell halves weren't lining up flush. Taking a closer look at both top halves of the bell I noticed that the bell wasn't perfectly round internally. Then I discoved that it looks like when the mold was made it looks like there was extra material that overflowed into the bell. I had to grind away the extra material so that the 13 lbers could fit flush into the bell. Completely disappointed in the product but i made it work. The picture attached doesn't really show the issue but I'll send it anyway. The yellow circle indicates where the extra material is sitting. The extra material is basically underneath the weight. There was also some extra material on the bottom half of the bell. So the bells weren't fitting together smoothly because the extra material inside the bells were hitting the weights.

I should start off saying I love using this kettlebell! It works well, and once you get used to it you can adjust it fairly quickly. When properly tightened it feels super tight and doesn't rattle at all. Full routines feel great and now I have 12-32kg that works for me or my wife in my home gym. Now, here are things I hope they improve: The manual doesn't say much. Instead, watch this YT video. https://youtu.be/hDG6wzLxb30?si=xzZ3onX9SW5CWQHC They came with the outer shell sort of stuck together. The outer shell took a light tap on rubber to separate. Turns out it's easier to open with the logo down because of how it connects tightly. The weight coating had stuck together so I had to use a screwdriver and hammer to gently tap them loose from each other. Not a huge deal, but felt lame having to do that for $200 when I imagine if they cured a bit longer separated this wouldn't occur. So don't panic, just try gentle taps along the edge like a chisel until you find the sticking point. For me it was just a few spots then they stay apart fine. You'll have to buy a 34mm wrench to tighten, and you'll want to tighten hard so it doesn't rattle. Required purchase. I bought the duratech 10" and it works great. The weights aren't labeled. You'll want to buy a white paint pen to label the weights. They were different than what the manual stated by a lb. so I recommend using a scale to weight them and label both sides with the paint pen. The weights in lbs. for each weight are below: 4.52609 4.49 6.74 6.72 8.85 13.33 Shell top 16.2 Shell bottom 8.5 Shell top and bottom 24.7 I keep the weights outside of the system so it's always low and easy to add the weights in. I also wish they had a spacer so weights could be on the bottom for distribution.

Ordered a set of adjustable competition kettlebells, they were on backorder which was fairly frustrating but ultimately they were delivered without issue. The "unboxing" was very underwhelming as there were some issues with the adjustable bells upon opening which could be improved. 1.) There is no wrench provided to loosen/tighten the hex nut (other manufacturers provide this small tool). I have a pretty decent set of tools but this nut is so large I had to go to the hardware store to purchase a wrench for this purpose. 2.) The bells' shells were poorly painted/coated, there are drips, cracks, and chips in the coating. 3.) The bells were painted shut! I needed to take a screwdriver and hammer to the seam to crack them open which created more chips in the paint. 4.) When I finally got the bells open, a bunch of metallic dust spilled out and turned my hands and the floor black. 5.) The weights inside were stuck together, I needed to use a screwdriver and hammer between them to separate them. 6.) The weights inside aren't labeled so I labeled them myself. 7.) The weights inside move around and clank as the hex nut comes loose, there are no washers, locking nuts, or secondary nuts provided to prevent this. I had to make another trip to the hardware store to get rubber washers and a second jam nut to prevent this myself BUT the bolt is so large the local hardware store didn't carry washers or nuts large enough so I had to order them online. I chose Titan for my adjustable bells because I bought a set of 22kg bells from Titan several months ago and they're perfect...BUT I read some pretty negative reviews of Titan's adjustable bells but I chose to order the Titan bells anyway because I liked my 22kg set so much AND the Titan bells were a bit cheaper than similar competitor options. BUT between the extra trips/online orders from the hardware store for a wrench, washers, and hex jam nuts...I probably spent the difference anyway. Every complaint I explained above I have seen in other reviews of these adjustable bells...Titan is obviously getting this feedback and choosing to do nothing about it. I wish I hadn't tried to save a few dollars, listened to the other reviews, and ordered a competitor's adjustable kettlebell instead. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last fitness equipment purchase from Titan.

First one I ordered had no issues. Second one had shipping issues and then once I finally received it the rod the weights are held on is not working properly. The end is messed up enough that I cannot tighten the bolt without a tool. The other one I ordered was easily hand tighten and this one is not. First one was great, second one I ordered not so much. I would try to return the second for a replacement but I’m afraid of that being a huge hassle

Kettle bells came pretty beat up. The packaging wasn’t beat up so they left their factory in that shape. The handles looked like there were areas that had to be filled in with a weld. Basically I couldn’t trust the product at that point. I was scared the handle could snap off. As far as customer service, they responded fast and refunded me after I sent them back.
