It's badass as f@#&, built like a tank. I have to stand on platforms to use it to train for deadlifts but it's worth it. Extremely useful item. For goblet squats it kicks @$$ as well, and weighted carries. My only complaint is that I wish the holes to secure the handle lined up exactly when you put the handle on. You have to pull up on the handle a little to get the peg through. If there were more holes on the stem to put the other peg, that would be cool too. But neither of these is even close to a deal breaker. TLDR: it's sick.

I bought this exclusively for KB swings. I love the ideal of a kettlebell that can be adjusted up to (approximately, depending on your plates of course) 135lb at a very reasonable price. The one thing that really bugs me though is how wide the handle is. It rubbed heavily on the inside of my thighs while performing swings until I modified my form to accommodate. It's really frustrating because the handle could be 1"-1.5" narrower and still be able to grip it with two hands easily. As a few other reviews have mentioned as well: -The weight is a lot further away from your hands than a normal kettlebell. It does take some getting use to, but is a non-factor afterwards. - It is pretty tall. I haven't had any issues with clearance, but I am also 6' tall. Shorter lifters might want to do some double checking before buying. It positive of this is that there is more room to load plates. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the product. Buying numerous kettlebells at different weights just wasn't an option for me. Still annoyed with the handle width, but the pro's still out weight the con's for me.

Very unique product and high quality. Even Hafthor couldn't do kettlebell swings with a full load on this beast. Much better than having a home gym full of kettlebells. Right on once again Titan! A++

Great option for KB Deadlift with out braking the bank. I could go as heavy as 125 lbs for our younger athletes that are not ready to deadlift with the bar. Very versatile.

I rarely post reviews but had to with thist. Not only is it a great idea (make use of your olympic plates by turning them into an adjustable kettlebell), the quality on this thing is top tier, I noticed it as soon as I took it out of the box. I've used it numerous times now and could not be happier. I have a long history of weight training and am moving toward more into the functional strength arena due to shoulder injuries and am using this for squats primarily at this point. After all these years I feel like I found the perfect leg/back with this thing- like a kettlebell sumo squat but you can work in a bit more lower back mobility. I get the leg workout of squats and back workout of a deadlift. There are so many other things you can do with this that I haven't tried yet. Anyway, I would buy it again in a heartbeat or recommend it to anyone.

I originally bought this to load more weight for dips - adding 5 lb plates to my dip belt with a 45 lb was cumbersome. So, I load the weight onto this attachment, hook it up to my dip belt, and do the exercise. It was a bit different at first and takes some getting used to, especially holding the weight in place with your legs so it doesn't swing. Now I do it, it's not awkward and works great. Recently I started doing KB swings with it. Same story, it's different from a normal KB because the attachment is longer than regular KB handles, so I can't snap my hips forward as quickly as I otherwise would but you still get the same effect. Over time, you get used to it. Putting a 25 lb plate requires a wider stance so you don't hit your legs with it, though 10 lbs isn't a problem. I probably won't put a 45 lb plate with it.
