“Excellent value and good quality. Been using these for several months with no issues. I run these with 7.5lb plates - The length of these allows 16 plates or 125lbs of weight on each. You could run 10's as well. If you are going to go with an adjustable bell - This longer 19" version is the way to go.”

“Adjustable dumbbells are a staple of my garage gym. I've tried a few handles from other companies and was not at all impressed. Then I found the Titan adjustable dumbbell handles...Wow...Okay, I'm impressed! The spin locks with the rubber gaskets stay very tight, even under heavy loads. I have two pairs of the 19.5" handles and plan on ordering more 19.5" and 14" handles as soon as they are in stock...Hey Titan...When will they be back in stock? Would highly recommend these dumbbell handles. Thanks again Titan for another great product at an affordable price.”

“With the high demand in equipment, I felt lucky to find these. Was a bit apprehensive because I have heard mixed reviews about Titan Fitness, but I must say that, in my experience, this was a great purchase and interaction. I was able to get about 200 lbs. of small plates and now have handles that I can load up and do shoulder presses, curls, flyes, flat presses, lunges, etc. I would definitely not only buy this product again if needed, but I am very pleased with Titan Fitness and am keeping an eye on other pieces to outfit my garage gym.”

“Once again, a solidly built addition to my gym. These are made for standard plates but how they designed the thread lock you can load olympic plates on these as well. Heavy db work is back in the rotation thanks to Titan!”

“I’ve been looking for adjustable dumbbells when I found these. Had a couple hundred lbs in classic weights so I purchased these. Got them today and put them through the ringer and they worked great. Can’t beat the price and quality. Definitely will purchase more products from this company!”
