Great slam ball. It's taking quite a beating since receiving it 2 months ago and holding up well. Also, the weight is evenly distributed throughout the ball (unlike many slam balls in which the weight occupies one side of the ball)

The 20-lb ball, which I bought along with a 10-lb and 40-lb ball, is a great exercise and strength-training tool. I'd strongly recommend it—and other balls—to people.
