A friend had a 100 LB d-ball and I loved training with it. Saw Titan had this 100 LB ball for much more affordable price. Haven't been disappointed. Very durable and it put a ton of work in with it. Definitely heavy at first but once you get savvy with it, you'll be able to clean and press, snatch, OH carry, shoulder carry, step up, lunge, squat, over shoulder toss - basically everything. Upgrade to the 150, spend time With it and you'll be tossing this thing around like it's nothing!

I find this weight is the ideal medium. 150 lb ball is for seriously experienced lifters. I'd like to see more balls to cover the gap between the 100 and 150 models, but you'll get a hell of a workout with the 100 lb ball for sure. Built to last. Definitely worth the money.
