“First time using a slam ball, but the quality feels great. The tread is thick and aggressive, which is what I wanted. FYI the sand inside shifts, in case you want to use it for medicine ball type exercises.”

“This med ball works good. I like the treads. The treads help to hold without slipping. If there was one bad thing i would have to say its that I don't like that its made in China! In case anyone is looking for that info. I prefer to buy USA!”
