“Pretty good quality weighted vest. My only complaint is the velcro belt really frays the seams/edges of the vest, and the velcro belt is a chore to adjust correctly with the velcro all around the vest.
Even with the seams fraying from the belt this vest is awesome. Try it on and go for a couple mile hike up and down some hills for a pretty awesome workout.”

“The vest is adjustable. The blocks are 2.5 pounds each. It fits loosely and the strap is not attached to the vest, it is more like a velcro belt. I would not run with the vest because it would bounce around too much. I use it mainly for pullups.”

I haven’t had it for very long (which is why I won’t give it a full 5 star review), but this far it has been awesome for those days when I need to up the intensity for my at home calisthenics sessions or when I want to travel around with some extra resistance. “The vest fits me good, velcro straps secure it around my waist. The parts that sit on my shoulders can get sore with extended hikes, so a little more cushioning on those parts would be great. It's very easy to adjust the amount of weight and placement of weights on the vest. Wearing it has made me stronger! I can really feel it in my core and leg muscles. Glad I invested in this weight vest.”
