“The materials used feel solid and sturdy, and the long Velcro strap allows it to fit various body shapes. The individual steel ingots come out very easily if you want to modify the weight, and where it sits on your torso. I bought the 40lb and have initially used on my 20lb and am increasing it as needed/wanted.”
“I recently purchased the 40lb vest and I must say it is extremely comfortable. My only issue as a female is the strap is Velcro and I guess due to our smaller waist, the Velcro get caught on your workout top on the flanks. My solution to this is to use a sock to protect my shirts. Titan Fitness....Ya welcome :)”

Unlike the other brand, this vest is all around better..... the fit allows for free range of motion, the strap allows for ease of adjustment, It doesn’t dig into your shoulders while using, and it stays securely formed to your body while excessive movements! Definitely enjoy using this vest over the others!!!!!”
