“The vest is good quality and it is very nice to be able to adjust the weight of the vest, but the down side is there are no straps that wrap around the core; so all of the weight just sits on the shoulders and it is painful after a few minutes of wearing it.”

“It is not adjustable! It has a velcro belt, but you can not adjust the height, no shoulder straps, no way to secure the belt without shifting. The quality of the material is good, but it is not good when you can not use it and secure it comfortably.”
