“I have slightly limited space in my home workout area. I had been looking for an open trap bar that could stand on its own for loading plates. This fit the bill for that use as well as for carries and shrugs. It is a little high for trap. That can be solved by standing on a 3" - 6" raised surface. This is one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I highly recommend it.”

“Might be my favorite piece of equipment. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. I primarily use for farmer walks and lunges. Easy to load and unload and it takes up less space than expected. Highly recommend.”
