The 60" Olympic Barbell is an excellent piece of equipment for both men and women who want to focus on bicep curls, deadlifts, back squats, overhead presses, lunges, or power cleans. This 25 LB bar is 5 FT long with a 28mm grip shaft and 50mm Olympic-sized weight sleeves that support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. The bar is fully constructed from high-quality steel, with the shaft providing a tensile strength consistency of 110,000 PSI. The bar features a medium diamond textured knurling on either end and is great for training at the gym or in your own home.NOTE: This barbell provides a 36.5" sleeve-to-sleeve length and will NOT rack on most standard power racks. Please measure the width of your rack before purchase if you intend to use it in conjunction with your rack.

“As I read the reviews from oldest to most recent it looks to me like Titan's manufacturing and shipping packaging has evolved in the last year or so. Likely from customer feedback and reviews like this. It appears they've improved the design and shipping prep considerably. What I received today is a commercial quality 5' bar with nice, sharp medium knurl at the center which gets lighter toward either end. I don't know if this is purposely done or just the result of whatever is their current production ability. It's a hidden benefit to me that I can adjust my hand placement somewhat to get a different knurl. This is a first for me compared to other bars and may or may not be useful but an interesting feature. The bar is professionally shipped in heavy tube, with wire fastened plastic caps at the ends. One of the plastic caps was broken, likely from the bar's typical movement during shipping. Titan may need to order thicker plastic end caps to avoid possible damage to the bar sleeve during shipping. Otherwise the packaging cardboard tube is more than thick enough to protect the bar. The bar is finely manufactured, and the sleeves spin, somewhat. Just what I'd expect for a bushing construction, and a bar in this price range. Likely they'll even get more fluid with some use. I have a Cap 5' bar and there is no comparison. Much tighter sleeve connections, better knurling, The Cap bar has 11" sleeves (loadable). The Titan 10. Which actually is nice for me because it means the bar shaft length between sleeve collars is 38", instead of 36" on the Cap which was often too short and my hands would be right up against the sleeve collars. If Titan keeps up with this trend of improving their products, while still providing price-competitive options, they'll be a leading manufacturer alongside the top names. I'm definitely glad I tried them and now will be looking to them early for my other equipment needs. They've already bumped a couple competitors out of the running with my first order.”

“When I ordered I didn't have high expectations. This bar showed up in three days packaged very well in a tube and wrapped in plastic . I immediately pulled it out of the box put some bumper s on it and did a WOD. Worked perfectly for me to allow for overhead work in my basement that I was having problems pulling off before. Thanks for making affordable decent equipment for the. Masses.”

“Very nice barbell for the price. Heavy duty, can handle as much weight as you would want to use with this size barbell. Nurl is medium and feels great. It has snap rings, which is huge in this price range. Most in this price range have terrible bolt in ends. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing a short barbell.”

“I was extremely pleased with the over all order. I received the bar 3 days after ordering. The quality was outstanding, I was sceptical of the quality for the price but that is a damn good barbell. I pulled 255lb with is for about 5 reps dropping each one at the top. Vary durable. I 100% recommend this bar. I will getting more.”

“I live in a condo and I need compact home equipment to create workouts when I can't make the gym due to my work schedule. I am used to 7' bars but I chose this 5' bar to take up less space. It arrived wrapped in thick cardboard tubing and plastic wrap which was great. The cardboard tubing was ripped open at both ends but that wasn't a problem for me. It's a barbell so I don't care that it was banged up a bit. It's good that Titan has wrapped the bar for shipping instead of sending it without anything. When I took the bar out it seemed to be lightly coated with something greasy so I had to wipe the bar down. I also noticed tiny metal shavings all over the end of the bar which got onto my hands and floor. When I went to wash my hands I ended up with small cuts all over from the metal. I don't know if this happened to other customers but be careful. I also had to vacuum because the metal chips were everywhere. The bar itself is great. The knurling is pretty rough on this bar compared to the bars at my gym. Maybe”

“This is flat out the best deal for a stubby bar. It is much easier to balance for certain lifts than a regular 7ft Olympic bar. I have no complaints about the item itself, the sleeves rotate smoothly. My only complaint was the packaging. . . .of which there was none. I was somewhat surprised to come home from work and see the bar sitting on my porch, no cardboard tube, no plastic wrap, nothing. Just a shipping label taped onto one of the sleeves. The bar was not damaged or anything, but I did indeed expect more by way of shipping. Overall, I would completely recommend getting this bar if you are wanting to get a stubby bar. It has clips in the ends of the sleeves, not the hex head bolt. I put it to the test last night and in felt great on my biceps!!”
