The 60" Olympic Barbell is an excellent piece of equipment for both men and women who want to focus on bicep curls, deadlifts, back squats, overhead presses, lunges, or power cleans. This 25 LB bar is 5 FT long with a 28mm grip shaft and 50mm Olympic-sized weight sleeves that support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. The bar is fully constructed from high-quality steel, with the shaft providing a tensile strength consistency of 110,000 PSI. The bar features a medium diamond textured knurling on either end and is great for training at the gym or in your own home.NOTE: This barbell provides a 36.5" sleeve-to-sleeve length and will NOT rack on most standard power racks. Please measure the width of your rack before purchase if you intend to use it in conjunction with your rack.

I have had two of these barbells. The first was better than expected, so much so, that I decided to purchase a second. Therein lies the issue leading to this review. On receiving my second barbell, I noticed a significant machining error, which I would describe as a significant 1/8- to 1/4-inch gouge, near the center of the shaft of the barbell and a loose sleeve. I contacted Titan within minutes of opening the barbell requesting a replacement. After looking at the barbell closer over the next couple of days, I discovered the snap ring on the sleeve was not fully seated, and I was able to seat those with some snap-ring pliers, fixing that issue. However, the machining flaw in the shaft was not something I could correct. After discussing the issue with Titan customer service, Titan indicated that the machining gouge was minor in their view, and they would not replace it. I disagreed that it was minor, feeling it was significant enough that it could cause significant pain on the shin, neck, or hands when used, but Titan has not responded to my position after a few days. (This back and forth has been going on for more than a week.) I am left in the awkward position of receiving a damaged item, which I am certain Titan would have sold as seconds-quality or scrapped if they knew of the defect before shipping, and being told by Titan that I have nothing to complain about and am not entitled to any relief. As a result, I will likely have to do a chargeback since Titan is not being cooperative and completely unhelpful. In short, despite paying for a new, defect-free barbell, be warned that Titan seemingly takes no pride in the craftsmanship of their products and will not stand behind them. I have spent a significant amount of money on Titan products over the past several years. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a sour taste, and I cannot envision myself purchasing another Titan product in the future. If Titan's customer service comes to their senses, and realizes that I did not pay for a barbell with a tangible defect, and offers to replace the barbell with an undamaged version, I will consider changing this review. Until then, I have no choice but to leave a one-star review, and, in my opinion, Titan does not deserve that in light of this experience.

The 60” inch barbell is perfect for my small space and it can hold about 3 55lbs plates so it’s pretty good

A bar with good spin. Knurling is slightly on aggressive side but not a problem.

This bar is only $100. It's a good value for the money. I needed a short bar (5 foot) for bench, squat, deadlift inside my house. Being a short bard, it is so much more convenient for the space I have. While I have more expensive, higher quality bars that feel better than this one, that's not why I bought this bar. I simply wanted a short bar for my room that was low priced. This bar does that and provides what I need for strength lifting. I'm not putting more than 220 lbs. yet, so I can't comment on higher loads, but this bar does what I need and I'm happy with it.
