The 60" Olympic Barbell is an excellent piece of equipment for both men and women who want to focus on bicep curls, deadlifts, back squats, overhead presses, lunges, or power cleans. This 25 LB bar is 5 FT long with a 28mm grip shaft and 50mm Olympic-sized weight sleeves that support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB. The bar is fully constructed from high-quality steel, with the shaft providing a tensile strength consistency of 110,000 PSI. The bar features a medium diamond textured knurling on either end and is great for training at the gym or in your own home.NOTE: This barbell provides a 36.5" sleeve-to-sleeve length and will NOT rack on most standard power racks. Please measure the width of your rack before purchase if you intend to use it in conjunction with your rack.

Appears to be built to the same quality standards as my more expensive full size Olympic bar. I have limited space in my home gym and the shorter bar length fits me overhead press needs very well.

Been using this bar for about a month now and very impressed for the money. I’m currently traveling while working remotely and was looking for a way to have a portable home gym. This bar packs in my car easily and works for most movements related to CrossFit style workouts (narrow distance may limit some overhead movements like snatching).

This was PERFECT. I don't need a 7ft. bar, for general fitness. I'm not trying to squat/lift hundreds of pounds, so this is my go to. Even bought a 2nd one, so I could keep my "heavy bar" loaded, & the other for light weight/high rep workouts!
