“Got this bar to do tricep and bicep exercises that are easier on my wrists. Great bar, but the product description says it's 14 lbs, when in fact it's 17 lbs (confirmed on 2 diff scales). Otherwise no complaints.”

“Does what it needs to do at a great price. Knurl is pretty passive but it’s just for some arm accessory movements , so not really a huge drawback. The finish has held up well so far”

“The curl bar is nice and much cheaper than you can find elsewhere. Good spin. It’s the lighter kind than you typically find at commercial gyms but you can stack on the weight so thats fine. The problem here is that there is a small area of rust on the end of the bar, which I’m sure will continue to grow and get worse. Emailed Titan costumer service but never heard back-I’m sure they will get back once the holiday rush is calmed down. We will see.”

“Its a great addition to my home gym. The grip is pretty good. I find it very easy to bicep curls and skull crushers with this. The grip's finish is good too. It's not too smooth and not too rough that would hurt your hand. It was a really good deal for the amount i paid.”

“Overall great bar. Getting some good accessory work in with bicep, tricep, and forearms now. Pretty mild knurl which is standard on a curl bar. Had a problem with the bar they originally sent out and received great customer service. Sent a picture of the damage which probably happened during shipping and titan sent another bar no questions asked.”

“Arrived quickly, well packaged. Bar is exactly as described. Great addition to the home gym to target chest and biceps. Sleeves are precise; I have no problem fitting any of my plates on the bar.”
