The Titan Fitness Olympic Triceps Bar is a fantastic piece of equipment for the price. Got this for well under 50 bucks to my door, and there is literally NOTHING else worth owning in that price range. I have used many different bars, and I am very pleased with the Titan bar. Pros: 1. Put together very well with bronze bushings and CLIPS! (no sloppy bolts here). 2. Nice weight. 3. Sleeves spin nicely. 4. Looks dynamite. 5. holds a ton... well at least 200 pounds anyway. Bushings could be a little tighter and I'd be happier. 3. Knurling is so-so. Overall, my feeling is that this is a good bar. If it was 100 bucks, I would have given it a "4" for quality. I was actually surprised by the quality of the bar. I have handled the CAP brand triceps bar which is in this price range, and must say the Titan is much better. The handles are straight and the welds are solid. It is chrome, not zinc plated. The sleeves spin freely and appear to have a bronze bushing. At any rate, I gave the sleeves a squirt of Remington gun oil. I put the bar to use the day I got it, and it feels great. I may purchase another one as a much more affordable alternative to doing farmer carries. Simply stated, this is a good, solid, heavy bar, which should outlive me in my home gym, all for 40 dollars.
