The Olympic Hex Weight Bar combines the flush handle of a regular hex bar with a raised grip to create a multifunctional specialty barbell. This trap, or hex bar, is specialized for three essential exercises: the deadlift, the shrug, and pulls. The bar is constructed from precision-grade steel, sits 6" off the ground, and is crafted with two sets of 25mm medium-knurled neutral handles that give a firm, sturdy grip as you lift your weights. During your workout, easily switch from one set of handles to the other by flipping the bar. Doing so focuses on shrugs and limiting shoulder stress. Use this bar to isolate your abdominals, glutes, legs, and arms. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 500 LB, this OL Trap Bar helps to isolate muscle groups, tone, and tighten specific body parts and allows you to perform deadlifts accurately without placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.

You would think this is a technique bar or a low quality bar marketed at someone just getting into weightlifting That would be the wrong thing to think though This is high quality and an absolute steal at this price!

I love using this hex bar. Can lift heavier with this than using a barbell especially if you have some lower back problems. It is very sturdy and enough room to load it up pretty heavy. It is my new favorite lift!

Definitely a great bar. Came well packaged and with free spring clips. Can't beat the price. The price is better than a CAP bar from amazon and comes with free spring clips. Quality is solid and so is the knurling.

i was very happy with the fit and finish on this product, very clean and perfect if you are short on space. DeadLifts/Rows/Shrugs/Overhead Presses perfect size, if you want to lift super heavy then get bigger bar, but if you want a comfortable multi use hex bar this is it.

I was initially worried about ordering because I had seen horror stories of damage occurring in transit or arriving in box with defects however my trap bar arrived in very good packaging without any issues. The barbell sleeves had poked out on either side of the box but the inner plastic was still intact and without any notable problems.

I absolutely do not think there is a better hex bar out there for the money. I've used several that cost much more that were either similar or inferior. The finish is good with thick chrome plating. No rust was evident on arrival, and there is none 4 months later. Both handles are useful though I really only use the high handles as I'm fairly tall. I've loaded up to 400# for shrugs and deads with no problems at all. The knurling is extremely aggressive, but I love it. No slipping, no chalk, no problems. The packaging allowed the end of one sleeve to pop through the box, but I can 't imagine being able to ship one of these in anything short of wooden crate successfully - and that's just dumb. Buy one. Get strong. Stick with Titan - every time.

Bar was supposed to come Tuesday. Didn't come until Friday. Box was pretty beat up to the point it was sent back to FedEx to be inspected. Still intact when it arrived. Bar is really sturdy and makes deadlifting a breeze. I don't lift more that 250 lbs so the smaller area to place bumper plates isn't an issue. Overall this is a must have for any garage gym.

Its a trap bar/ hex bar for less than $120 shipped. A great deal for what it is. The packaging was rough but I'm not working out with the box so what do I care. The bar is as basic as can be but it works. Great for deadlifts, farmers carries and lunges. All edges are welded and there is no rotation in the bar. Only downside is that it only hold 3 45lb plates per side.
