All you need to do is squeeze the handles together to pull off and remove or add weight plates and then replace. The heavy-duty construction and high-tension ensure our high-quality weight plates stay where they are. When you are not using them, you can store them on the Portable Plate and Barbell Storage Tree or any Titan Series Power Racks to keep your other plates in place.

“These are very hard to squeeze open, i am unable to open them wide enough to fit onto my weight rack bar. Im not sure if it is because i am not strong enough or if it is because these are not meant for my machine in particular.”

“The clips are not very user friendly the way they come. Probably need to use pliers to adjust it more for a proper fit on and off the barbell. The angle of the handles is awkward as well.”

“Everything else from Titan is great. These are terrible. Hard to squeeze, don’t slide well, don’t seat against the weights so they rattle.”
