I wish I wouldve bought one sooner. Keeps from wasting energy changing the plates when you're working up to a big lift. So easy to use.

Due to COVID, our garage gym has become the new hangout spot. With various levels of strength training going on, a bar jack was a must next to the platform. Easy to assemble, easy to use, sturdy, and a great buy for the value. Shipped and arrived fast. Assembled in a matter of minutes and was using it that night.

This is 100x better than the mini jack. The whole bar moves at once so you don't have issues with one side rolling away like you do with the mini jack. This also really saves your back when you are doing high volume with many different weights. Changing the bar several times over 315lbs gets very tiring and puts a strain on the muscles you want to save for deadlifting itself. People complain this is a bulky piece of equipment, but it hangs easily on the wall and is up and out of the way. Get this.
