The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8-in. - the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16-in. - traditional Farmers' Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers' Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

“Simple but well crafted and sturdy. These upright Farmer's Walk handles were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. They are well made and can hold an enormous number of plates. The knurling on the grips feels appropriate - not too aggressive, but enough that you won't be slipping and sliding all over the handle. I haven't needed to change the pin height since they arrived so no comment on that and I've been using them about 2x week and my back, shoulders, bracing, etc. all "appreciate" the heavy weights.”

“This has to be one of the top exercises you can do and the Titan Upright Farmer's Walk Handles are great! Please do yourself a favor and try this exercise somewhere and after you've experienced the benefits you'll want your own implement at home.”
