The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8-in. - the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16-in. - traditional Farmers' Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers' Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

“Great piece of gear for weighted carries and deadlifts. Built solid. Couldn’t be happier. Titan just needs to make an attachment to turn this into a mini yoke now too and it will be the ultimate portable “garage gym” strong man tool.”

“Great kit! Much improved over a pair of cheaper straight Farmer Carry handle bars. Easily add or remove weights, no collars to remove or replace. No dinging up my weight plates when I have to suddenly drop the handles at the end of a strenuous carry. Great adjustability of the handle height if wanted. Love these carry handles!”

“These are sturdy and very well built. they get plenty of use. The knurling on the handles is ROUGH though. Sharper than my deadlift bar even. Just grin and bear it!”
