Paint was very uneven and scuffed but the sturdiness of the product is wonderful. Still an amazing product for the price.

I don't know why anyone would pay more for an axle bar! I plan on purchasing several more for my gym!

I was watching the 84" version for quite some time before I decided I couldn't wait any longer for it to come back in stock so I ordered the shorter fat bar. This thing is awesome for the price! Great for barbell curls or tricep extensions. Finish was good the welds were blah (titan signature) but the bar is great if you look past those. End caps were smashed during shipping so my bar could use some. I use old deep dish Hampton plates and Hampton rubber plates and they all fit great!

For the price it is great. My titan fitness olympic competition plates do not fit, but my steel plates do. Other than my titan plates not fitting my titan bar, I do enjoy warning up for dead lifts with this.

I love home much this can shake up a dull workout. and for less than $40 its insane. The powder coating is nice and grippy, not sure what previous reviewer meant about plates not sliding... mine functions perfect. A+ would buy again

Absolutely solid product for the price. My only complaint is how rough the powdercoating is. You won't need chalk, but it tends to get caught on your shorts/pants.

Bought both the axle 5' and 7' barbell. Paint job isn't great and could be improved upon. The paint seems to not let plates move on bar as easy and had flaking off paint from point of un boxing the bar upon arrival. As for the reviews on plates...I have bumpers and olympic cast plates. Only had issues on some of the olympic plates not fitting but that was only a certain brand of plates that sometimes doesn't fit on regular olympic or curl bars. Had no issues with collars going over the bar but the spring loaded collars were tight to fit on. The thickness of the bar can handle great weight at a cheap cost. I would recommend the bars but like I said the paint isn't great and expect it to come off over use in areas.

This has been part of my 3rd order from Titan and like the other orders, I'm extremely impressed! They're clearly stepping up their quality even further and expanding their inventory greatly, and the positive experience with this axle (powder coating is great) has only made me more confident to buy from Titan anytime I can. Having a mostly rogue gym, the quality isn't far off on their coating and metal and with enough growth, Titan will easily surpass companies like rogue in no time while still offering fair and realistic prices. Their new rack line is the biggest evidence of this. Also about the review on the larger axle complaining of rogue plates not fitting, my Rogue Echo and RGs fit just fine as well as do my metal cap/golds plates. I understand that loading plates can be a painstakingly difficult job though. Just keep at it! Really good stuff, Titan! Thanks!
