This is a solid versatile bar that really has helped with my grip strength. The bar has also helped in diminishing pain I was feeling in my wrists and elbows. It helps to switch up bars every once in awhile.

I received the axle bar about a month ago. Quality was very nice, nice solid bar. Great addition to my home gym. Good bar for working on my grip. Using this bar at this point for dead lifts. Would definitely advise acquiring this bar as an addition to any home gym, price and quality is on point.

It’s a decent axle bar for newer lifters or more for overhead pressing work. If you a heavy deadlifter like myself this bar is not for you I bent 2 of these pulling over 600-700lbs. If you don’t lift heavy this bar will last you.

I do like this bar. Finish feels good and I enjoy the versatility the bar adds to my training. My cheap iron plates fit and so do my cheap collars. It's an axel bar so there isn't much else I can say. The negatives are pretty minor, but they prevented me from giving the item 5 stars, so here they are: 1. The bar ships in a long cardboard box rather than a barbell shipping tube. The box wasn't in great shape upon arrival, but there were no obvious breaks or rips in the cardboard and the box was actually pretty well taped at the ends. Despite this, there were some scratches and scuffs in the powder coat. I'm assuming this happened during shipping and kind of wish I had just bought one from the scratch and dent page as I see them on there from time to time. 2. The bar is advertised at 30lbs and the one I received clocked in at 24.4lbs. Again not a huge deal, but something to consider. Overall. It feels solid, holds weight, and performs as intended. For the price it is hard not to recommend.
