“Sturdy and get the job done. Only thing to be aware of is if you plan on using these for standing shrugs. The inner long piece of metal that has the weight sleeve attached to it has corners on the top that are easy to catch on your leg and cut you or your clothes. If this piece was rounded instead of left as corners, it probably would not be an issue.”
“Being only 5'4" I was concerned they would be too long and the weights would drag the ground/treadmill, but I'm happy to say they do not! Right now I have 25lbs iron plates on them, but olympic plates work too.”

All my 2” type collars fit nicely on the sleeves.
And plenty of room on the sleeves for adding weights. Good purchase. Buy them if you have been searching. Best I’ve seen in any price range.”
