The Rackable Cambered Bar, a specialized Olympic barbell, is designed to alleviate wrist and shoulder strain, providing an extra boost of explosiveness in the posterior chain. As your weightlifting intensity increases, traditional barbells may cause shoulder discomfort. Beneficial for both beginners and enthusiasts, this cambered bar features a fully welded design with an 18-in. cambered drop for the weight sleeves, stabilizing your center of gravity and enhancing exercise safety. Whether used in bench presses, box squats, or good mornings, the hands rest on the upper part of the barbell, while the weight plates sit lower than a traditional barbell. This enhances traditional techniques, refines your physique, and introduces a unique stimulus to your workout.

Heavy duty, solid piece of equipment. Great for good mornings and squats. It is like having an axle / fat bar on your back though, so while I would never put padding on a power bar for squats, I did find I needed to pad this bar a bit for heavy lifts (>400 lbs).

This bar is up there with the Titan SSB in terms of quality for the price. It's more in line with Rogue's camber bar in that it is 85 lbs, so there is no reason to not buy from Titan considering it's cheaper and ships free. If done with a high bar position it allows to stay vertical and gave me zero low back pain and made squatting fun. Buy this bar AND the SSB from Titan immediately.

Underrated as one of the most versatile bars in any gym. I got one for my gym and my clients love it! I may have an older design but the only thing I would change is to not weld the outside of the sleeves so the plates fit more flush. Other than that this thing is solid. Squats, bench, lunges, zercher carry/squats, even deadlifts! GET THIS BAR!!!

Finally bought one of these bars for some extra to have during at-home Covid 19 workouts. Was a little skeptical of the price but this is a great bar. Has a really even weight distribution to it and is a nice addition. Went up to 585lb with zero issues at all. Nice bar

Titan literally does live up to its name of shipping boxes that are in horrible condition. My box looked like it had a few bites taken out of it. Also, un-related to Titan, but The FedEx guy thought

The rackable camber bar is a great option for anyone who low bar squats frequently. I do the majority of my low bar squats with this bar using a grip on the middle posts. It has really helped with my elbow tendinitis. This bar is very solidly constructed and well balanced. For me at least, it feels easier to sit back into the bottom of a squat than it does with a straight bar and generally feels more comfortable than a straight bar. The instability provided by the camber really forces you to exert as much force as you can in the bottom of the squat. Instability will vary depending on how you hold the bar and how much weight you are moving. Hitting depth also feels easier with this bar. I believe this is one of the best specialty bars out there. Most camber bars from other companies cost over $300 which makes no sense since they are all a powder coated steel bar with no moving parts and no metal coating (zinc, chrome, etc). $175 is a fair price. Other companies should take note. I really don’t see much of a reason to buy any other camber bar.
