“Going into this purchase- there are things you should expect. The obvious…they are loadable so it will take more time to load than adjustable/fixed. If you can get past that, the value and purchase is a no brainer. You also need above average/great collars to ensure the weight doesn’t fall on heavy pressing movements (sleeves are quite slick) Everything else feels the same or better than your ‘typical dumbbell’. Pro tip: when going heavy on chest/shoulder press- put the actual weight plate on your knee/thigh not the end of the dumbbell. Smoothest transition!”

“These were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Just gotta remember they are longer than regular dumbbells but puts my arms in better position for dumbbell bench presses. Great quality, great grip, overall great product.”
