“I’ve been using the handles for a while. The knurling is perfect for a good grip without tearing your hands apart. Something to consider is the plates you are going to use when loading the handles. 20” is almost too much room for thinner change plates even with wider collars. When I’m doing a flat chest press, the ends of the handles touch before I can get a full range of motion. This doesn’t effect the quality of the product. But maybe I would’ve purchased shorter handles. The extra room might be nice if you’re using bumper plates.”

“These handles are a great investment. With the 20" handles you can really load them up and the bar felt solid and strong. The knurling was just enough to be able to have a secure grip but not heavy enough to chew up your hands! I love that they come as a pair too, because I needed a set as I get my home gym together. High quality product and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”

“These handles are extraordinary. Bushings are of the highest quality and the fit and finish were perfect! Handles were packaged very well and shipped in individual tubes. End caps are classy and the sleeves rotate very smoothly. Medium knurling - not as aggressive as the hex bars. They easily hold what they state - each with no strain or loss of sleeve movement. Pair them with a good set of collars and you're all set.”
