Really enjoy these dumbbells! I have had no issues with them. I have used the rogue fitness equivalent, and although those are great as well these are comparable if not slightly less well Built. Negligible really. I have use these for shoulder work, benchpress, overhead press, and dumbbell rows and have had no issues. Very enjoyable to use and an excellent value.

I was looking at the CAP dumbbells which were $50 a pair, but at only $10 more the Titan dumbbells are significantly higher quality with brass bushings and have much better knurling. Contrary to the description my pair of dumbbells actually came with two pairs of OSO style collars which are much more user friendly and effective than the screw type collars on the CAP dumbbells. I'm very happy that I went the Titan route.

Thank you Titan! I spent a few months researching a dumbbell solution for my home gym: adjustable options were too expensive or flimsy, spin lock plate loaded used 1" plates which would be useless with the rest of my gym equipment and a full set of dumbbells would be too expensive and take too much real-estate. I settled on olympic handles but was skeptical about how a collar would hold and how many plates I could fit on each side. These are ideal in that I can fit 10 (5/sleeve) 10lb plates on each with room for an OSO/lock jaw style collar. So far I have done bicep curles, flys, shoulder presses and lat raises with these and they work well with minimal to no plate travel slippage. On the seated shoulder press I sometimes hit the sleeves together in an ackward manner, but it isn't significant enough to be a real detriment - a slight adjustment to the movement solves any issues. I have yet to use anything above 10lb plates on these, but find that the size of these loaded with 10's is comparable to to many "pro style" dumbbells. The ability to use larger plates for heavy movements (lat rows) makes these a solid choice for serious home lifters who don't want a dedicated dumbbell set. One thing to note: the knurling on these is no joke. Its the most aggressive knurl of all the knurled items I have (Rogue echo bar, cap beater bar, cap hex bar). I moved to wearing gloves for bicep curles after the 3rd set. It isn't a bad thing in my book, just something to get used to. Thanks Titan, these are a home run!

Purchased this product so I would not have to buy an entire set of dumbbells, and extremely happy with their quality. Great price, and well constructed. I have used a competitors set as well, and they feel the same, but are a fraction of the price.
